The project builds upon the footprint and volume of an existing
single-family house to create a small multifamily residential
ensemble composed of two distinct bodies: a building with
four two-bedroom apartments, facing south, and a wall
-building to the north, accommodating three four-bedroom
triplex apartments.
The southern orientation structures the relationship between
the dwellings and the Óbidos Lagoon, integrating the landscape
as a permanent condition of the inhabited space.
The internal organisation of the two-bedroom apartments
minimises interior partitions, allowing for spatial continuity
and a more expansive reading of the domestic space.
The wall-building is anchored against the steep slope of the
site, operating simultaneously as a retaining element, a built
boundary, and a programmatic support for the triplex
apartments.

O projeto parte da implantação e da volumetria de uma
moradia existente para construir um conjunto habitacional
multifamiliar composto por dois corpos distintos: um edifício
com quatro apartamentos T2, orientados a sul, e um edifício-
muro, a norte, que integra três apartamentos triplex T4.
A orientação a sul estrutura a relação dos fogos com a Lagoa de
Óbidos, integrando a paisagem como condição permanente do
espaço habitado.
A organização interior dos apartamentos T2 privilegia a redução
máxima de paredes, promovendo a continuidade espacial e a
ampliação perceptiva dos espaços domésticos.
O edifício-muro encosta-se ao talude acentuado do terreno,
funcionando simultaneamente como elemento de contenção,
limite construído e suporte programático para os apartamentos
triplex.
