A group of six houses located at the Bom Sucesso
Resort, in Óbidos. The prototype house is generated
from three exterior spaces, defined as porches,
establishing a visual relationship with the
surrounding landscape and folding it into the spatial
logic of the building.
The volume is positioned to maximise the garden
area. The relationship between its morphology and
its placement on the plot allows, simultaneously,
for a high degree of privacy and the definition of
visual axes oriented towards the most significant
landscape conditions of the site.
The response to the leisure-housing programme is
based on a clear programmatic division between
areas of a more private character and the more
public living area, where the living room assumes a
structuring role.

Conjunto de seis casas implantadas no Bom Sucesso
Resort, em Óbidos. A casa-tipo é gerada a partir de
três espaços exteriores, definidos como alpendres,
que estabelecem um diálogo visual com a
envolvente e a incorporam na organização espacial
do edifício.
O volume é posicionado de forma a maximizar a área
de jardim. A articulação entre a sua morfologia e a
implantação no lote permite, em simultâneo,
garantir elevados níveis de privacidade e definir
eixos visuais orientados para as realidades
paisagísticas mais relevantes do território.
A resposta ao programa de habitação de lazer
assenta numa divisão programática clara entre zonas
de carácter mais privado e a área de vivência mais
pública, onde a sala assume um papel estruturante.
