About the project

Restaurant project set within a markedly longitudinal space, organised around a continuous counter that runs along the full length of the dining area. The counter acts as the central architectural element, structuring circulation, defining seating, and concentrating the spatial experience.

Maximising the available area was a primary design constraint, given the narrow footprint. Every decision sought to respond to this condition, eliminating unnecessary elements and reinforcing functional clarity.

Mirrors extend the perception of space, visually enlarging the interior. Brass mesh panels introduce transparency and depth, allowing layered views across the room and enhancing spatial continuity.

The counter design emerged from a rigorous ergonomic study, balancing operational efficiency with user comfort, ensuring functional performance without compromising permanence and atmosphere.
